My sister bought a Chevrolet Spark in 2012 from the Barloworld Toyota Maponya and the Service we have been recieving from their Manager Clerence leaves one with bitter taste.
We have been battling with Toyota Maponya to sort out the remote immobilizer and Anti hijack- of which its still under warranty, but Clerence just decided to take it to Auto Electrician to have it removed without talking to us - leaving the car with NO security at all.
Now we have a car that has no anti hijack driving around JHB and huge insurance issues - seeing that he has removed the Anti- hijack.
4 days later we are told by Bridgette that he is going to call us and to this day - we are waiting for Clerence's call.
A day I leave more than 3 messages for him, including email and none of them have ever been returned. I have also laid and complaint with the customer service and they said he has 48 hour to respond and we are now seating on day 4. I do not make these calls for free and this is waist of time.
I am yet to experience such appaling service.
I do have emails, calls made on record should you need.
All I want to know Is it too much to ask for some service?
