Extremely Bad Service!!!

I'm very disappointed about the bad service I received, Frank instailled central locking & alarm system on my car middle of July & August - September 2013. Everything was fine eccept unti - hijack system, which he said he will be back to set it up, after I get to know how to switch on & off of alarm system. After three - two weeks I called him to come back and set up the anti- hijakck system and wanted him to fit car radio and speakers, which he came and did job and said anti- hijack is now set. He said any problems I should not hasitate to call him. After then the anti - hijack never work even a single day, the door on driver side is not locking when you press the remote, I called him he said he will attend the matter soon, which he didn't, I phoned him again & again he kept making some excuses about his car that it broke he can't get to my location, I phone him again he said he is coming but didn't come or let me know what's happening. Last time I phoned him is Monday, I didn't got him and left message he phoned back and said he will call me back - till today he has not contacted me or came to fix all that.
