As you know that over the last couple of days I have been battling with my sister Chevrolet Spark.
What has been the shocker of my life is the appalling service that we receive from your Manager Clarence.
I have been phoning him over and over and not once does he have the decency to return a call nor even say that his still looking for quotations to replace the new system.
But I am not surprise at this service because after buying my Yaris from there I thought let me refer friends and family so that Toyota Maponya can receive more business since it does not make sense why Sowetans should leave Soweto and go to Sandton or The Glen to buy a car whiles we have such a Prestigious dealership name in Soweto and now I know why- because All and I mean ALL the people I have referred to Toyota Maponya to Ntantisi - have never been called back but within 2 hours the Glen was able to ring them and make the deal.
Just because you are a Kasi dealership does not mean that you have to be incompetence and useless because sooner than later you will lose your value with people, remember word of mother is better and best than all the Billboard and Brand name.
