Did you actually service my car in 2012?

2012 Year end Oct/ November I brought my car in to be serviced. As she'd only done 22000km, the attitude was that she's still like new. Within a couple of months I was wondering what you'd actually done on her apart from changing the oil. She was in trouble by November/ December 2013 with failing brakes, severe oil leaks, power problems. I have just spent around R9000 fixing up problems that you would have picked up last year had you bothered to do a proper service. And I would not have had to fork out this much now to fix severe problems & damage that could have been resolved through a proper service. Shame on you! You will never see another car from me nor my family and friends.
