FWY 971 MP mechenical fault

I have bough a car at bmw 320 sport pack in eastview nelspruit branch last year in November 2012. Withing 2 month the car had a problem with a stater and it was taken back in December 2012 and i recieved it back in January 2013. Ever since then, this car is always having faults which i suspect that they are factory faults. I just recently took it back to BMW and they are telling me that is having problems with arms which is not safe for me to drive this car and they are insisting that is driaveble. It always becames a problem for the dealer to give me a courtesy car if the car is giving me problems and is a brand new car. I have severally told them that they should give me another car because this car is always having mechenical fault. I have never enjoyed this car ever since i bought it from Eastview BMW Nelspruit and i really dont want it anymore. Your assistance in this regard will be appreciated. Recently i have also discovered the motor plan of the car was not under my name and this hurt me so much because i am still paying for the car which less than a year with so many problems. The registraion of the car is FWY 971 MP and your intervention will be highly appreciated, thanks
