Feel cheated after buying a vehicle

I bought a GWM Steed 3 2010 model which was used as a demo car on 31 November 2012 with 54000km, and the car had problems that I highlighted after delivery. I requested the car to be serviced before being delivered and the workshop guys said that they could not do that since it had not reached 60000km. when I went there today 29 January 2013 for service since it was on 61143km I was told that even a new one have a service plan. I was ironically forced to include a 3 year extended warranty hoping this will cover services. What is frustrating me is why car has not been attended to for the problems that I highlighted and not serviced at first. Now I don't know when it was last serviced since it was a demo and to make matters worse it does not have a service vehicle. The sales person who closed the deal has resigned so no one is helping me sufficiently I am dealing with new people every day. I had a night mare when I wanted to take the car outside of the country for holiday no one new where my papers where and as it stands no one is taking care of me. They got the deal and that's it...
