Exceptional help

My car broke down during the Christmas season outside East London and needed a new oil sump. I was driving from Durban to PE and obviously was stranded without much help whatsoever. I was told that my repair and part would take a few working days to fix and being the 23rd of Dec this wasn't ideal. However, a man in the service dept named Phillip Badenhorst went beyond the extra mile to speed up the process and even deliver my car to a friends house in EL that eventually drove it to PE a few days later. He was completely professional and efficient in every way and made the world of difference in a situation that could have been extremely difficult to overcome without his help and interest.
