Ram Hand To Hand Couriers
NO RESPECT FOR CLIENTS

Today Ram Hand To Hand Couriers delivered my phone from Cell C. I received a call from 0873104382 (their call center) to make me aware that the delivery guy was waiting for me at our reception. When I got to the reception area i was greeted by a site of a rather disgruntled delivery guy. I greeted him, he dint bother to greet back. Just game me a piece of paper and a paper without saying a single word. He just left me standing there as I was asking him if I should open the parcel which is the norm with other delivery companies> He ignored me and just left. I was embarassed as our reception are is rather busy :(. I then contacted RAM, I spoke to August who is the manager (that was at 12:07pm) he promissed to cact me back in 5 mins... well he hasnt bothered to contact me. I guess his surbodiates are as bad as him. He probably encourages them to be like that. I am annoyed by all this... made me feel like I am worth nothing> I have actually encouranged all my friends on the social network not to use RAM. I am sure you are well aware of what word of mouth can do to a brand.
