My car a Renault Laguna 3.5l V6 Coupe at the panelbeaters waiting for a door to be imported. They ordered the door on the 28/10/2013 two weeks later the door arrived badly damaged so that it cant be used. Now they have to order a new one witch will only arrive on the 4/12/2013. My insurance only allow 30 day car hire and because the spare was ordered and damaged they will not extend. Called Renault Customer Care and ask if they will supply a courtesy car because the problem I have now is because they did not deliver as promised. There answer NO it is my problem if the insurance dont want to extend the rental. Now I ask is that 110% comitted or is that just a saying to bluff people in thinking that they realy care.
