Quoted one amount, then another on day of service

Called BMW Northcliff for quotation on friday the 2nd, spoke to a guy (didnt get a name) to who i explained which warning lights have come up and thus which service is due... was quoted R1900. Based on this amount i booked the service.

This morning when i booked the car in, i get told that the service is actually R2300-ish by Vassie Naidoo.

Considering I only accepted the quote due to the amount being less than Bosch and Lynhurst, this is unacceptable and as I told Vassie, I will never use their services AGAIN!
