VERY POOR SERVICE

I recently purchased a Daihatsu Terios.

The disappointment I experienced during the purchase of my vehicle will remain with me for ever. The Sales Manager and the Sales Executive certainly did not extend themselves at all, in fact the Sales Executive knew very little about the Terios. In desperation I went to see the Dealer Principal, Michelle Rautenbach, Michelle was a great help.

The service which I received during this purchase transaction was shocking.
