I have been a regular customer of Woodford Car Rental Durban for quite some time and I am very happy with their service. Availability of rental vehicles, competitive rates, friendliness of staff, promptness of service, thorough pre-delivery check, complimentary newspapers and magazines, reasonable amount blocked off on the credit card and the speed of releasing the amount after the rental - all of these make for a great rental experience. On one of two occasions when I either had a difficulty booking via the website or booked rather late and sent an email with a booking request, I have been called promptly. Plus, I love those little notebooks - they've come in handy several times when I needed to scribble a quick note and didn't have a piece of paper! There's one sitting on my office desk and another on my bedside pedestal at home! They make for clever advertising too.
