I had made a booking via internet for VIP Car Rental only to get to PE and told I had been placed under high risk, which pushed my deposit up to R7500.00 besides the rental. I tried the other car rentals and discovered that money I had transferred into my Cr Card hadn't come through. I had visions of being stranded without transport as by this time most of the cars were already rented. My daughter who was holidaying with me suggested I try Woodford as she had previous favourable dealings in KwaZulu Natal. Ayoob really did his utmost, he called STB Card Division and managed to get clearance and the rest is history, we had a great holiday and will definitely use Woodford Car Rental before any of the other rental companies
