CAR SITTING IN SERVICE DEPARTMENT OVER A MONTH

Towards the end of 2012 i purchased a brand new BMW 125i, within 3000km i had my first issue with the car regarding the oil censors, which was eventually sorted out.

during the year of 2013 i noticed on certain parts of the car the paint began to bubble, i did call BMW and alerted them of this and they said that they would sort it out once i got a quote on the repair for the paint from another BMW dealership, again at my inconvenience.

Now to the main issue, at about 48000km or so i got a buzzing noise coming out of the engine as i accelerated, initially it wasnt as bad but obviously got louder toward the service. i then booked my car in for a service at BMW autohaus (Ballito) as it is closer for me to get it done there. So my car was serviced, but i then had to book it in again as the buzzing noise was not sorted as yet.

I was told by BMW that the noise was much more serious and they needed to run more tests, i was then told that they might even need to replace the engine. i have now been without my car for about 1.5 months as they are waiting for parts, i am now extremely frustrated as i stil dont have my car. BMW has failed to deliver, absolutely pathetic after sale service
