Their speed service with no speedd

I was suppose to get the parcel on Tuesday, Wednesday they called to tell me they have transport issues so they will deliver on Thursday! What? I spoke to Mnisi the manager who was not only n arrogant old man but lacks etiquettes too. He rudely dropped my call. The next morning they said their driver will come only if he is using this route! Its been 4 days and I still don't have my parcel, post Office its only fair that u refund me for speed services you never rendered. I hope that my cousin loses his flight awaiting those documents so u can pay for your incompetence. You people should just stick to letter postaging only just leave the speed services to the relevant couriers who know best! Your senior staff members could do with a beginners course in customer services let alone mngmt courses! I would never ever use post office for speed services, they re so clueless about the services they offer. Oh Mnisi When I asked how long their speed services take he said "it depends if we have the transport" that is utter nonsense contrary to what is stated on your website Mr! Solve your issues do not inconvenience customers!
