Lew my bmw M5 engine

Ok here it is... took my bmw M5 for a check up cause something was faulty to SMG south coast.
they gapped me in and checked the car... sorted the problem so they say and took it for a test drive, they phone me to tell me my car engine has caught fire and they will not be held responsible for any damage and will not pay anything... a new engine costs R350 000 with labour... quickly they changed the topic and said that my car has gone over the speed limit of law which is governed to 250km/h and that my car was doing 269km/h so they will give a support letter to insurance to help me... what the F... why in the first place will u look for a loop hole and tell me something like that. next they said they where on a test drive and the fire started so they put it off with sand and everyone knows when sand is in the engine you might as well buy a new car... what the f because if u where driving then u are responsible, i drove my car there, i did not bring it there broken... they blew the engine and are covering there backs... SMG south coast is a waste of time they will rob you...
