RTT
RTT unreliable horrible service

I ordered a product from Kalahari on 5 December 2013. The expected delivery date was 18 December 2013 but due to come delays it was only going to be delivered close to xmas. From 30 December i have been calling RTT to trace my parcel and get it delivered. Each time they say before 5pm... it is 03 January 2014 and i am still waiting and guess what... its after 5pm. When i called they couldn't even get hold of the driver!! Then i get some story about how the driver is paid per delivery made... that's not my problem... what is my problem is that i am still without my delivery.
