Good Service and great attitude

I took my car for new tyres to this branch. I was fitting non-standard all terrains with new rims. They not only gave me good advice and the best quote when compared to their competitor down the road, but the service was outstanding too. The tyres needed to be ordered in, as well as the rims. They were available when they said they would be. I did not have to wait too long. The staff were pleasant. I drove out a happy customer. The following day I noticed my iPod was missing out the car. I searched my whole house to no avail. Sadly and foolishly I thought the worst. I phoned Albert to inform him I suspected his staff may have pinched it but I could not be certain. He said it was highly unlikely but he would question his team. He phoned me back and told me that no-one admitted to my iPod. I later found out that my 5 year old daughter took it out my car to use it and left it in her bedside table with out telling me. I felt so ashamed for thinking the worst of a brilliant team. I phone to apologize to Albert and his team. They were all very understanding and professional throughout. I can reccommend the HiQ team at Strydom Park. They were superb.
