Debonairs grassy park disappoints again

On Saturday I tried for nearly 2 hours to order a delivery and no1 answered my call, then I called tokai branch and a incompetent individual gave me horrible attitude and refused to help me. I then eventually got through to grassy park branch and they did not apologise for not answering their phone for almost 2 hours but rather proceeded to tell me how busy they are. I placed my order of nearly 300rand and 2 hours later the pizzas arrived luke warm and squashed. I am honestly disgusted with the service or lack thereof which I received. its not my first bad experience with them but it will most certainly be the last time I order from them.
