Bonjour store is appaling

I had to fill up my car early this morning and popped in to buy a cup of coffee - never before have I seen such a messy and disorganised area. Sugar and pie crumbs all over the service area. When I asked the cashier for sweetener she looked at me as if I requested the winning lotto numbers - and then replied that they did not have sweetener. The paper cups had lids which did not fit at all and could actually cause serious burn injuries as they do not click into place. This service station needs to up its game and train cashiers in customer relations. A lick of Jik and some warm water would do wonders to the filthy coffee area - I am willing to come and clean it for you for free - may take me 3 minutes in total.
