BAD SERVICE AND NO RESPONSIBILITY

On 18/12/13 I took two vehicles to Menlyn. Terios for service and Hyundai for sound in wheel. Prior cars are inspected for dents. I requested them to inspect the shocks of Terios as I was informed it is worn. They promised to phone with a quote but did not. When I collected the vehicle I asked about shocks and was informed that it is in order. I requested to speak to technician. After 20 min I was informed that the technician left. I asked for service manager. After another 10min was informed that he is busy. I insisted to speak to him. When he came he inspected vehicle and also confirmed that shocks were worn out. He promised that will report this and that he will phone me with a quote on the shocks and that they will offer a discount. When arrived at home I noticed a dent on the other vehicle and returned early the next morning. After I waited for more than one hour for the service manager he inspected the vehicle and mentioned that in his opinion the dent would not have been seen by their inspector. However a similar dent on the other vehicle was marked during inspection. Service manager promised to phone me. Until now he did not phone about shocks or dent. Don't care attitude.
