Bad service during delivery of a product

I purchased a product online and Skynet had to deliver it today (19/12/2013). I was socked to receive a "call-back" msg. When I call back, the guy said he is going to deliver but there was a mistake with the address and he doesn't work at my area so he is doing me a favour. He sent me a call-back again when he arrived but said he doesn't want to get inside the flat and that the person at the flat must wave to stop the car when she see it.

When I asked him his name and the name of the company, he just dropped the phone. This was very bad and uncalled for service and this guy took advantage of that I didn't see him and didn't know his name. The biggest disappointment of all was that he sends me a "call-back". I feel devalued as a customer and I feel that this service does not reflect what Skynet stands for "We keep an eyes on what matters".
