Insurance claim and processing slow

Was in an accident and 3 weeks later no progress. Panelbeaters I received quotes from apparently Ariva accredited and asked to CC them into communication. Ariva (after a week and a half) comes back and inform 2 days before panelbeaters close for season that quotes are wrong. Supposed to get a rental vehicle, but that was not actioned yet. Response from agent was that insurance department closed down for the holidays. I pay the monthly instalment on time every month, why is there no assistance or service and a reluctance to be of service?
