3 weeks after car accident, still no car back!

I had a car accident on the 15th October 2013, a vehicle drove into the back of me. Unfortunately I had only had my car 6 weeks. I leased it through Ariva as I fancied the lease option as it included insurance, service plan, emergency services for breakdown etc and you can change your car after 2 years or opt to own it. Great - so I thought. My brother alerted me to Hello Peter and all the complaints. I see he was right in telling me that Ariva was not a good option - however for me it was too late! It is almost 3 weeks later and I still have no car back. However I also do not even know if it has been fixed. The woman Lilian Matang who I was dealing with has just left the company. Thank goodness I called today and did not email to speak to someone (Phillip) to say a) has the insurance been approved, b) apparently my car has been assessed so has it been fixed? c) when can I expect my car back and d) it has been over 15 days so where is my courtesy car that you provide if you have mine for over 15 days? I am speechless as to how there is no communication, it's been 3 weeks for a small repair - the bumper was dented and hanging off. Pathetic! Lift your game Ariva...
