What an experience i have had with Ariva. I submitted my claim on the 02/01/2013 but till today i am sitting without car. I was told by Matilda 2 different stories; that they would fix my car and she then changed & said my car won't be fixed because it will cost them too much i will be issued with another car. I spoke to Linda and said it might take about 5 days to get feedback from Hyundai's management. Funny enough when I called Hyundai's head office Sbusiso said they issued Ariva with the feedback long time ago. Finally Linda called my brother and said they cancelling the contract because it will cost them too much to fix the car. I now had to run after them to send the cancellation contract, was transferred from 1 person 2 da ada. When I finally received the termination contract to my surprise it was delivered by debt collectors and it stated that the contract is being terminated because my account is in arrears (blue). Called them; Matilda transferred the call to Linda who dropped the call. Spoke to Fortune who promised to send a new contract (i wonda wat he'l snd)..i feel sori 4 da ppl who stl hv 2 deal wit Ariva... i jst wntd my car 2 b fixed nd nt dis drama
