I was by the company ARIVA.
I was promised a new Ttata indica, a safe model, this is what I needed.

I drove to Hoedspruit and because of neglect from the company my life was put in danger.
The wheal fell of my brand new Tata Indica, in the mountain pass.
This put my life in danger.
I was told by the company I will be compensated for this with a R60 000 car with out increasing my rates.
I was suppose to get a Proton Gen 2 2013 model.
What I got was a broken, dirty car from ariva. It had a layer of dust on it on delivery.
I would love to cancel my contract, but I do need transport for my work. If I am without transport I loose money.

I was actually asked by one of there staff members to cancel my contract.
What customer care person says that.

They want to bully me in now to cancel my contract, because they messed up.

I have rites as a person and consumer.
