Bad service & attitude

Our vehicle broke down outside klerksdorp, it is still under warranta & service plan, it has been standing there for 3 weeks now, we are in cpt and need that vehicle asap, they have the worst attitude and are absolutely don't care, they told us to fetch it on our own expense, which we did, and when we organized it and flew someone up on our expense, we yet again could not collect it because it was still not working (after they said it was ok to come and collect it)
