I purchased a vehicle in good faith on partial finance- to give myself "Peace of mind" & not have any issues.
But it seems this particular dealership does not care about "treating customers fairly" and the "consumer protection act".
Before I purchased the vehicle in question- I asked the salesman whether all the main components on the vehicle are in order and 101%- the salesman advised that everything is 100% with the vehicle.
However on taking delivery of the vehicle the air-conditioner didn't work- it was replaced at mostly SAwarranties expense. The air filter- was replaced by dealership- still not correct. My on-board computer started malfunctioning- almost R1000 later at my own expense. My back two tyres were worn and expired- had to replace at my own expense- salesman offered no assistance/ advice & was unprofessional. Made a complaint to dealership principle, no luck!
My turbo needs replacing ASAP and the engine mountings are loose too.- reason for my vehicle not performing like a GTI. If I wanted a normal VW I would've purchased one! I am very unhappy with the unprofessional service and vehicle! I expect a response within the next 7 working days, otherwise- taking further.
