POOR SERVICE AND POOR COMMUNICATION

I made a booking at Hyundai in Bellville to have my vehicle checked for a knocking sound on the wheel. The vehicle was booked in, and i received an sms to inform me that my vehicle is in good hands and that i will be contacted as soon as the vehicle is ready for collection. at 16h50, 10 minutes before close of business, I contacted Hyundai to ask whether the vehicle is ready. I was told that the vehicle is ready, but that they are closing, and was asked if I can fetch the vehicle the next morning. This causes huge inconvenience, as i have appointments which now are forcibly delayed due to the poor communication from the dealer. i also have to incur extra expense and time in finding alternate means of transport to the dealer to fetch the vehicle.
Lack of communication will cost this company great losses if it is not soon improved.
