Would someone please just get rid of the lady at the service desk for the workshop!!!
There have been multiple complaints about her here and on MANY other motorcycle forums.

On 27/05/2013 I go to the shop with the intention to spend some money there on parts and accessories. I needed to ask one of the mechanics a question with regards to what I needed to purchase and for some advice. In total it would not have taken more than 2 minutes to answer my question.

So this *lady* at the service department's reception asks what I want (She already had a very bad attitude), I tell her... Only for her to take one look at my motorcycle (XT600) and go " We don't support those anymore, sorry their too old "

So no matter how much money I was willing to spend or what the type of question was it was just a flat out NO. No further questions or anything... just sorry no.

I was not aware that Yamaha's customer service stops at a certain date...

I got too angry and left without buying anything!

Seriously, I was considering supporting them and even buying a new motorcycle there when the funds were available... but after service like that, I will never be setting foot back into that place.
