Yamaha centurion workshop worst service eve

Every time I go to Yamaha dealer centurion branch - work shop division I get a bad attitude from the reception lady in charge of workshop and always giving me attitude it's the worst service I have ever received at any shop dealing whit clients day in and out, if she worked at my company she would have been fired long time ago. I have considered selling my Yamaha motorcycle due to the bad service received I WONT ADDVISE ANY ONE TO DO BUSSNES WITH WORK SHOP DEVISION. Thank you
