Terrible Service

I hired a car and returned it on the 30th of December already. I was told to wait 3-4 working days and I will get my refund. I have been waiting since and everytime i call I get promised that someone will get back to me. It has been a month now and I have not heard from them since and i have called them more than 10 times with no luck.
