Europcar wants to blacklist me but i dnt owe the any money

I hired a car @ Europcar Mafikeng, paid the petrol deposit i returned the car in December it was a long story when i was supposed to get my refund for petrol deposit until i wrote a complain on hellopeter. When they where supposed to refund me 750 dey gave me 310 and told me 440 is for the petrol. I accepted the 310 now they a re contactin me telling me i owe them R440. The 440 they refused to refund me. What am i supposed to do?
