Poor customer service eve

I hired a car from EUropcar last year NOvember payed 750 petrol deposit which i was supposed to get back it back when i returned the car. I returned the car in December never got the petrol deposit i have been communicating with the manager everyday he promise to deposit my money but he never did. Sometimes when i call he sysw he will get back to me but neva did. I called the national office 3 times but nothing has been done. What can i do?
