On 21/11/2013 I took my vehicle to MSC (Many Service Centre) for a new clutch to be installed as my vehicle's current clutch had collapsed. MC bought a replacement clutch from Goldwagon Benoni and installed it into my vehicle 2/12/213. After driving - 200kms the new clutch collapsed & my vehicle was towed back to MSC to have it assessed. I was informed that a faulty clutch was supplied by Goldwagon Benoni. The following day MSC told me that GW Benonoi has to send the clutch away for an assessment an I would have to wait for the results. After speaking to Craig at GW Benoni on numerous times he informed me that the assessment may take up to 14 days. In the meantime I am without transport over the festive season! Why after only 240km would the clutch kit not be replaced? Why would the supplier not give Goldwagen the go ahead to provide a new clutch as a matter of urgency? MSC told me that the only way I can get mobile is to buy another clutch kit which I feel as I was not at fault an should not be financially detrimental to me.
