Audi South Africa
ALLEGEDLY REPLACED CLUTCH BURNS WITHIN 2 MONTHS

Cars & Transport

I booked my vehicle for a service with Audi N1 City in October 2013. I informed them of the worn out discs as well as a slipping clutch. They attended to the worn out discs and insisted that my Clutch was perfect. A week later, i took the vehicle back and this time someone drove the vehicle and confirmed that the clutch was slipping and the vehicle was booked in. i will not get into the details of what happened but i will say i was racially discriminated.

The vehicle was later delivered to me. i took the vehicle and parked it in my garage as i had been allocated a company vehicle. I was informed that the clutch had been replaced and was never provided with copies of the service invoices. i demanded for the copies of the service invoices and they were emailed to me on or about the 8th December 2013. When i took my vehicle for this service in October 2013 it was still under warranty and the warranty was expiring at the end of that month (96, 000km @ 5 years).

i drove the vehicle from Cape Town to Pietermaritzburg and have done less than 2000km and the clutch burnt in the middle of town. I am convinced the clutch was not changed

Can someone from Audi please help me. I feel robbed
