Worst Courier in South Africa _ DO NOT USE!

RTT is BY FAR the worst courier service in South Africa. I was warned before, but this time, Kalahari decided for me to use this ridiculous 'service provider'. My parcel was dispatched on December 7th and is still not here. I have been promised the delivery of this parcel for 3 days (stayed home from work, spent vast amounts of money being on hold in call centers). Promises are not kept; the delivery simply does not happen. The person in charge to us shamelessly on the phone, by promising that the parcel would DEFINITELY be delivered at that time. What a bunch of! Absolutely unreliable and inefficient. They come up with the lamest excuses and apologies, keep making false promises just to shut you up. Worst service I have EVER experienced. BEWARE PEOPLE - DO NOT USE THIS PIECE OF COURIER, ESP. NOT IN THE JHB/PTA AREA!
