Delivery on 24-Dec-2013 - in time for Christmas :)

I have recently utilized this website to make a rather aggressive complaint about RTT, concerning an order, which was not delivered on time and the false promises I kept receiving from the call center for 4 consecutive days. These complaints were justified at the time. However, with my second order from Kalahari I was very pleasantly surprised. The book came in from overseas and since I had placed my order, the estimated delivery date was always: January 1st. Naturally, I expected it on the 2nd, only to receive it on 24-December-13, in the afternoon. A very friendly, Caucasian courier delivered the parcel. Unfortunately, I failed to take his name. He drove the extra-mile, just to get my parcel to me on time, and even notified me via SMS that he would be at my house shortly. I would love to expect this kind of outstanding service from every RTT employee (my first parcel was delivered by a very rude courier, who only spoke broken English and complained that he had to deliver on that day, after I had waited 4 days in vain already).
This second courier, however, deserves a raise or at least a bonus, for being my special Santa Claus on Christmas Eve afternoon. Thank you so much, RTT
