I am a recent customer of the above company. I uploaded the kilmeters as per the request for November and December with the required mileage inordr to be re-imbursed, however as a first time owner of a digital camera I did not know how to set the camera to display the date ad because of this the above company is withholding payment. I uploaded the pictures on the 1st of December 2013 and surely I will not go to all the trouble to purchase a new camera and then falsify information. I hve been receiving numerous calls fom them to change to option 1 where I get a return on the amount of hits I get through advertising, surely they can check on new customers and try to assist when necessary. The photos are due by the 7th of each month I did it well in andvance yet nobody from this establishment got back to me and even tried to assist to rectify the matter. After I queried th matter with Liza from Drive Car Sales was I only informed about the error on my photos. I am really dissapointed with the lack of customer service and would definitely not recommend any one in the future to deal with such establishments. To me it seems the above companies only aim is to entice new customers.
