POOR SERVICE AND JOB NOT DONE

I took my car in for 45000 kilos service at GM Bloemfontein on the 2nd of December 2013. A week before, on the 27th of November I ordered a spotlight and told them that I am bringing Mr car for service the following week and need it fitted on the day of the service. The guy at parts said he'll phone me as soon as the light has arrived. I didnt receive a call from them and took the car in for service and told them that they should find out from parts if the light has arrived and they should fit it in. I get to GM late in the afternoon to get my car, I am told that the light wasn't ordered but Jade tells me that the light has now been ordered and I will get a call once the light has arrived. Still no phone call from GM, on the 7th my car gives me problems and took it back on the 10th.once again I asked them to fit the light on since Jade told me that the l ight should be there within a week.once again the light is not ordered and my car is not fixed as well. I am again told that there's a code that they are waiting for from the manufacturer which takes a day or 2 and they will give me a call and the light is once again ordered! today is the 19th and I am still waiting for a call from GM..MAD
