Pathetic backup service nissan

I ordered some spares from nissan gateway in october and to date i have not received them .each and every time i go down to dealership or call in, the sales representative claim that the item will be in at a certain date and the item is not even ordered .i would advise prospective patrons not to purchase any of the nissan products as their backup is extremely poor, i own 2 different models of their vehicle range.
