Shjoe were do i start??? my husband and i had relocated from ct to jhb. the move was done by SVL, pick up was on 26.10.12 in ct and delivery on 30.10.12. on delivery we had noticed that 1 box was missing, this was communicated to the driver aswell as the staff present. a note was also made hereof. my husband proceded to call SVL the following day and spoke to a man named D*, who had promised to return the call after doing some investigating. seen as it was a thursday, we gave him some time to respond not counting the weekend to follow. the following tuesday i foned to enquire of any progress but was given the excuse that he was caught offguard by the call while driving and had never made a note hereof (CUSTOMER SERVICE??) anyway after numerous calls made by myself and husband including a email complaint we then received a claim form to be filled in and accompanied by quotes of the contents of the missing box. 3 months pass and still nothing?? blame was thrown around, excuses made and all for them to eventually tell me on yet another call that i had made that the box was PBO and will only be covered for R500.THIS WAS NEVER EXPLAINED AND IF THEY HAD I WOULD OF NEVER PACKED IT!???
