Once again Cell C is raising the bar when it comes to poor customer service. I recently had my cellphone and was forced to submit a claim via C Cover. My initial interactions 28 June with the Westgate branch staff gave me hope for speedy resolution. I submitted all the relevant documents to Westgate and asked the representative to make contact with my husband with any updates as I will not be availabe for the promised feedback within 2 - 3 days. On my return we've not received any updates and I made contact with the call centre 8 July to enquire as to the progress. My call was dropped twice - the second time very rudely so. I eventualy spoke to someone that was prepared to listen and explained that by incident form was not on the system. I went through the names on the distribution list and when I mentioned Jonas I was promised a call back. To my suprise I received one, informing me that there was a request from Jonas to Westgate to have the e-mail re-sent. Wanting an update I made contact today and suprise, suprise, still no incident form and Jonas claims to not know about this. Where to from here?? I'm back to square one. Not only was I robbed of a phone but also service
