Mr Delivery
Unacceptable delivery mistakes

I am really ticked off, and although I don't always complain on a forum like this I just HAVE to have my say. I order from Mr. Delivery in Randburg for McDonalds to go a few blocks away to 54 St. Georges St Kensington B. An hour later I had made FOUR calls to them asking why they were not delivering. I had explained that the child at home could not direct them and they were to call me for that. I gave them an office # and my cell #...this was on the 2nd follow up cal I made. They had the childs # too but only for alerting that they were at the gate. This was all already paid for via credit card! After 2 MORE calls to Mr. Delivery and speaking a different person each time, although they could reference my order through the landline # they still managed to get lost AND not call me... I had to call the driver myself and he didn't have a clue where he was... he had looked for Georges St... not ST. GEORGES ST... and I had spelled this out when I made the order... this was apparently not conveyed to the driver. So now after more calls and arguing with Beatrice the manageress the food has been delivered ICE COLD to my child... get your act together... lousy service never again!
