To whom it may concern
I called o.b.o my boyfriend to find out if a part has been ordered or how far it is, he ordered it 2 weeks ago and no one ever responded to his phone calls, he left several messages @ the receptionist (Kim) for Mogamat (Dealer) when I spoke to Mogamat he told me that it takes 2 - 3 days for stock to come from the factory which is in Joburg, i then asked if he followed up he says yes all irritated yes I sent them a mail just now... he then says yes I am not Volkswagen I am just a dealer, I said well you represent Volkswagen. I then told him you don't have the decency to call Gareth back he says yes I have been busy, I said I do understand but you can't be so busy for 2 weeks that you can't pick up your phone to let Gareth know how far the order is. Mogamat then says I don't have all the answers you looking for but I have other customers waiting for me, as if I am not important I then asked then what am I to you??? Later that afternoon Gareth goes attends upon their offices he spoke to Kim explained he story and she decides she is going to roll her eyes @ him.
