Disgusting service and feedback

4.5 months ago I bought a spark from the above, agreed to a safety pack, but was not told the full details. Car arrived, thank goodness it made a noise, which alerted my attention, 2nd hand incorrect tyre bands were fitted, even though I had been charged for new ones, this led to futher checking from my side, found that neither the paintwork nor upholstry protections were done. After much haggling, a firm from durban was sent to do it. After is was done I then noticed that it needed 6monthly upkeep, but they dont have a branch in my area... why sell me a package they cant service? Some 3 or so weeks ago I was promised a refund as they cant provide their side of the contract, however NO refund yet..plenty promises but just hot air... calls are not returned and messages are not replied to. Its almost 5 months, what disgusting service! I will never again deal with Mcarthy nor Motor one... thought I was safe dealing with a big company... boy was I wrong..
