POOR AND INEFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I took my carradio to be fixed as it had stopped playing CDs to Rand auto,
The service consultant, Madre confirmed she would keep me informed of progress.repairs were estimated around 1000 ZAR, and I had to pay a non refundable amount of 450ZAR for the initial assessment.
A week later, I phoned in to get an update and I was told my warranty was cancelled as i had missed my second service and i would be liable for the total cost.totaling R2080, initially she had given me an estimated quotation of between 900-1000ZAR.
My attempts to resolve this telephonically with Rand auto, provedunsuccessful- so I drove to the dealership.
The servicemanager, Paula, was rude and condescending, when I asked for a confirmation from ford cancelling my warranty, she couldn't provide it and told me she didn't have to prove anything to me. I also enquired about the discrepancy on the quotation and told me they are running a business and the 2k included their 30% commission.
I decided to take my radio elsewhere as I was very disappointed with the bad attitude and incompetence I had received from rand auto.
Eagleford, came to my rescue. They were proffesional, and re-instated my warranty, immediately.
