I am so disappointed and still shocked about the service I received at Metro Auto Gezina. I took my car for it's 60 000 km service on Tuesday (10 Sept 2013) and was informed that there were things that needed to be fixed but that it was still under warranty, as my car is only 2 years old. I told them to proceed, but on the next call I was informed that the first service (20 000 km) was apparently 3 months too late and that the warranty had expired... This is unexplainable to me as the service record is up to date and at the 2nd service the warranty was still used to fix other parts of my car! I bought the car as a demo in 2011, so there is no way for me to know the exact date that the car was registered, how can the first service be 3 months late?! The manager of the branch, Riaan Strydom, couldn't provide me with any answers. My car was returned to me without fixing anything. My day and week was spoiled by this incident. So disappointed by Ford and particulartly by Metro Auto Gezina.
