2011 Outback windows and radio not being fixed

Upon delivery of the vehicle the driver window was reported with problems. Also the phone function on the steering could not be setup.

I was told to bring the vehicle in three times for inspection but nothing was ever fixed.
I was told the parts availability and warranty was investigated.

Since, I have tried making contact per email and messages with no response.

The window is getting worse. When stuck one needs to pull over switch off the car, open
and close the door then only the windows start to work again.

The phone function is still not working. I was specifically told by the salesman that is was an
option in the car. He even told me that he will setup the function upon delivery, which until now,
no one could establish, even after two attempts having the car for 3 days.

I could not see any "Confidence in Motion" Subaru Slogan
