Williams Hunt - Will Let You Down!!!

On the 31st Dec 2011 I purchased a Chevy Bakkie from Fury Rivonia, everything went well and because I live in the South of JHB I serviced by vehicle at Williams Hunt. I have never had problems with this branch until my radio broke. All of a sudden out of the blue my radio packed up and wouldnt play any stations. This was well within the warranty period and I took the radio in. I waited almost three months to get the radio back last year 2012 and then after only using the radio for four months the radio broke down again. This time in Dec (within warranty) but the dealership said I can't give it in in Dec as the Company who makes these radio's was already closed for the Dec holidays. I therefore got a note to say that they would take the radio in in the New Year when the Company opened. At this stage my radio was out of warranty but I had already received the paperwork which over rode this fact. My radio was sent in again and after 6 weeks I got the radio back but when the guys at WH switched it on the radio is even worse, now it is totally dead, no radio and it cant play any CD's. So I am worse off now. I did speak to the Service Manager who had a no care attitude!! HELP!
